Questions about paying
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Sign in with your email address and the 14-day trial starts straight away, with every feature switched on.
What happens when the trial ends?
If nobody subscribes, the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Everyone can still see every record, download everything or delete it. New entries and packs come back as soon as someone subscribes.
Does each family member need to pay?
No. One subscription covers the whole family workspace: the owner and up to four more family members, attorneys or professionals, plus your parent if they use Seventide themselves.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Subscription page. Your records stay available to view, download or delete.
Is there a version for professionals?
Families can invite a solicitor, adviser or care fees specialist into their workspace with a professional role at no extra cost. If you are a professional and would like to talk about using Seventide with clients, contact us.
